The FCR210 is a 12” wide recessed flanged cleanroom luminaire, engineered for Class 100 environments and ISO Class 5 equivalence. Proudly made in America to meet BABA & BAA standards, it features a sealed, welded steel housing for optimal contamination control. A 0-10V dimming driver comes standard, supporting California Title 24 compliance. The FCR210 offers a wide range of lumen outputs, color temperatures, colored LEDs, tunable white (2700K–6500K), and antimicrobial finishes. Options include sensors, emergency battery packs, lens choices, and tamper-proof hardware. Construction
- 22 gauge cold-rolled steel welded housing
- 20 gauge cold-rolled steel door frame secured by full length piano hinge and 2 captive screws
- 18 gauge cold-rolled steel trim flange
- Door frame and lens sealed with closed cell neoprene gasket
- No unused holes or knockouts
- All parts fitted and sealed
Optical
- Inverted clear prismatic acrylic lens
- Nominal 0.125″ thickness
Finish
- Painted after fabrication
- Baked white powder-coated finish
- Minimum reflectance 90%
High-efficiency drivers paired with long-life LEDs
